If you’re after something more modern, the stylish design and choice of colours (black, blue and grey) of the Exchange Messenger will appeal. There's enough room to hold a DSLR with lens, as well as either a second lens or flashgun. It comes supplied with two dividers, so you can arrange the layout to suit your gear.

There’s a dual function strap for wearing the bag over the shoulder as well as 'messenger style' across the body, but there’s no carry handle or belt loops. The two-buckle closure system makes access a little slow, and although there is soft-sided padding, it’s fairly thin, There's no rain cover either, so your gear isn’t very well protected. Under the lid are three pockets that, despite being deep, are pretty narrow, so not really suitable for larger accessories, but one pocket does have a zip for keeping items safe.

If you're after modern styling this bag looks good, and holds a DSLR and two lenses, but it doesn't have the best protection or padding.
