This bag has been around for a couple of years but it remains as popular as ever. It follows the conventional design for a daypack with a top storage
area and a lower padded
gear section, but also boasts a rear laptop compartment too. The gear section easily holds a DSLR and three lenses, with room spare for a flashgun and accessories. The top compartment is very roomy, so you’ve no problem stashing clothing, maps and other items inside. Both sections have zippered pockets for additional, smaller items and you’ll also find mesh pockets on the bag’s exterior. The shoulder straps are thick and the bag is comfortable to use, although the Crumpler has the edge in this regard. Available in rust/black or all-black, the Aero 80 is made from tough Polytek material, boasts weather flaps over the zips and has a five-year guarantee.
VERDICT
This is a well-made and nicely designed bag available at very attractive prices if you shop around.
