Epson World Shootout competition launched for August

Epson has launched its World Shootout competition, giving you the chance to win $70,000

Epson is giving you the chance to win $70,000 with its Epson World Shootout competition, running right through August.

The competition is designed for both amateurs and professional photographers and will take place over the month.

Photographers can shoot in any 'natural water resource around the world, including seas, oceans, lakes, rivers, under the ice and more.'

There are a wide range of different categories you can enter, including The Dive Destination Portfolio, comprising five photographs taken from your diving destination to promote the dive site.

The next category is Wide Angle. Here, you must submit one photo taken with a wide lens.

The third category is for macro and super-macro photographers, while the next is for ship and plane shots, taken in black and white.

The final three categories are Underwater Environmental Conservation, displaying a set of three photos introducing an environmental conservation campaign, a fresh water collection and amateurs category.
