Michael Veerasingham photography tours available now

Photographer Michael Veerasingham captures beautiful landscape images which convey a sense of calm and tranquility. The gentle mists and subdued lighting, give his colour images a painterly feel, the tones provided by nature's own pastel palette.

Long exposures and attention to composition and technique provide a sound base for producing sublime black and white photographs. Be it the splendour of a setting sun, the silence of a misty lake or the sense of peace while watching a bird in flight, Michael endeavours to convey the sense of freedom and the serenity of  the scene through his enchanting photographs.

Michael regularly exhibits his work in France and has been running photography workshops and tours based in the Basque Country, which he has known intimately for over 30 years. These courses are open to all levels and limited to groups of no more than four people.

This allows time for one to one tuition with one workstation per client, and provides the opportunity to tailor each course to the specific needs of each group.

For 2011 he has added some fantastic international tours to the program which include landscape and wildlife photography opportunities in the Swalbard region of the arctic and Aragon in Spain.
