Kata has done it again with another brand new feature-packed backpack - the Pro Light Beetle-282 - yet another super-light and protective camera bag from the Kata stable, which offers unrivalled protection for your camera gear.

Perfect for travel, this new backpack manufactured in the latest lightweight ripstop fabric, is suitable carry on for most airlines* and can hold an impressive array of kit. 

The Beetle 282 can house up to 2 or 3 DSLR bodies with a further four to six lenses (right up to 300mm), plus additional room for a laptop (up to 17”) and all the necessary accessories.

Alternatively - with totally adjustable inner dividers - the bag is also suitable for HD Video cameras or a combination of both video and stills equipment - the choice is yours!

This brand new backpack incorporates Kata's brand new Gecko harness system for ultimate comfort on the go.  The Gecko EVA foam harness straps provide extra cushioning where it counts, micro hatch texture ensures straps say put, and the harness moulds to fit your own individual shape without any pinching. The adjustable hip belt is designed to transfer the weight of your gear from your back to your hips and a sternum strap adjusts to various heights to ensure individual comfort.  There's also a clever camera attachment device which enables you to take the weight of the camera on the harness, rather than around your neck.
